Find answers to common questions

Click "Track Shipment" on your dashboard and enter your tracking number (the Miles reference starting with 910000). You'll see real-time status updates. You can also track directly at booking.milesxp.com/tracking.

Go to "My Quotes", find your quote, and click "Convert to Booking". Your details will be pre-filled — just confirm the collection date and submit. Note: quotes expire after 7 days.

It means you've saved a price estimate but haven't booked yet. The quote is valid for 7 days. After that, you'll need to get a new quote as rates may have changed.

General Questions

We ship to most countries worldwide. When you start a quote or booking, you'll see the full list of available destinations. If your country isn't listed, contact us — we may be able to arrange it manually.

You cannot ship dangerous goods (batteries, flammables, explosives), illegal items, cash, perishable food, or live animals. When in doubt, contact us before booking. A full list is available in our Terms & Conditions.

Collections in Malta happen Monday to Friday, typically between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. You choose your preferred time window when booking. We don't collect on weekends or public holidays.

Currently, hotel account customers are invoiced monthly. For online bookings, payment details will be confirmed at checkout. Contact us if you need to set up an account.
